Question: What is Higher Ed for All Advocacy Day?

Answer: On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, the Massachusetts Teachers’ Association (MTA) is hosting a day of action at the Massachusetts State House from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This event will call attention to the goals of fully funding community colleges, state universities and UMass campuses to implement a debt-free college plan, expand existing programs, promote recruitment and retention of staff and faculty (including revamping the parameters process), and returning to the historic model of public funding for public buildings on campuses. Registration can be found here.
