again. MSCA and MCCC must be in agreement either way. - Attended MTA ByLaws Committee Meeting on Tuesday February 16th regarding
proposed ByLaw change to Dues Enrollment. Committee approved (6-1-0) to move the
proposal forward to the MTA Board Meeting. - The Commonwealth of Massachusetts House Docket, No. 1794. Filed on 02/11/2021.

Motion 2021.02.14-1- Motion: Move that a maximum of three (3) Dues-Paying members per campus chapter be allowed to register for the NEA Higher Ed Conferences. The APA will reimburse the cost for these registrations using Statewide funds. The local chapter may allow up to two (2) additional Dues-paying members to attend using their local chapter funds. Attendance for the conference(s) will be required for reimbursement.
